- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
- Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes through standardized preparation methods
- Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation protocols across all kitchen areas

- Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost optimization
- Coordinate kitchen workflow during peak service hours

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef or similar leadership role
- Proven expertise in culinary techniques and food safety standards
