Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food/labor costs
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with other departments (F&B, Banqueting) for seamless service delivery
- Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal promotions
- Handle customer feedback and resolve kitchen-related issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Sous Chef role
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of food safety and HACCP protocols
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
