Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure food preparation meets quality, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
- Develop innovative dishes aligned with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Handle customer feedback and resolve kitchen-related concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Sous Chef or similar role in high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or professional certification from accredited institution
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine techniques
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent understanding of food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
