As our Sous Chef, you will act as the right hand to the Executive Chef, ensuring that every dish leaving the pass meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. You will play a pivotal role in daily operations, staff supervision, and menu innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and high productivity.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain professional standards and team morale.
- Maintain strict control over food quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards for every dish.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Collaborate on menu development, seasonal specials, and creative culinary concepts.
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sous Chef or senior-level line cook role.
- Proven expertise in modern culinary techniques and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and kitchen cost control.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
