Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist Head Chef in menu planning, development, and execution
  • Supervise kitchen staff during shifts and ensure operational efficiency
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
  • Manage inventory control and cost optimization initiatives
  • Enforce strict food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service delivery
  • Address customer feedback and resolve kitchen-related issues

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Sous Chef or similar role
  • Culinary arts degree or professional certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
