Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Executive Chef in menu development, recipe standardization, and plate presentation for luxury dining venues
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols and service standards
- Manage inventory control, cost optimization, and supplier relationships while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Coordinate kitchen operations during peak service hours, maintaining efficiency and consistency
- Conduct daily quality checks for ingredients, equipment, and food preparation processes
- Collaborate with F&B team to ensure seamless service integration and guest satisfaction
- Implement sustainability practices including waste reduction and ethical sourcing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef in luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification from accredited institution
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international culinary techniques
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage diverse kitchen teams
- Advanced food safety and sanitation certifications (HACCP/SERVSAFE)
- Fluency in English with additional Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and events
