Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and cost management
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Train and mentor junior culinary team members
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Coordinate with front-of-house for seamless service execution
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
- Proven expertise in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Certification in food safety and sanitation
- Ability to perform efficiently during peak service hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio of innovative culinary creations preferred
