Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise culinary staff during service
  • Develop and execute innovative menus aligned with restaurant concepts
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Coordinate with front-of-house team for seamless service execution
  • Contribute to menu planning and seasonal specials development
  • Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and operational efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • 3+ years of professional kitchen experience with Sous Chef role
  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Expertise in food safety standards (HACCP) and hygiene protocols
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Creative problem-solving and menu innovation skills
