- Assist Executive Chef in menu development and recipe refinement
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily station operations
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Monitor inventory and control food waste/costs
- Implement HACCP compliance and safety protocols
- Train junior team members on culinary techniques
- Coordinate with F&B team for seamless service delivery
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation
Kualifikasi
- Culinary arts degree/diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced understanding of cost control and inventory systems
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
