Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, development, and execution
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during shifts
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Implement food safety and sanitation procedures
- Contribute to special events and seasonal menu offerings
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Creativity and innovation in food preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
