Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and workflow optimization
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality

- Coordinate with Head Chef for menu planning and execution
- Manage inventory, cost control, and waste reduction
- Train junior staff on culinary techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house for seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional culinary experience with Sous Chef role
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in food safety (HACCP) and sanitation protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
