As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, working alongside our Head Chef to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Monitor food costs and suggest improvements to reduce waste
  • Assist in the preparation of special events and functions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-quality restaurant
  • Culinary degree or professional certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Creativity and passion for developing innovative dishes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
