Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients to minimize waste.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards.
- Train junior chefs and kitchen assistants on techniques and safety procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any culinary issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
- Strong knowledge of baking, pastry arts, and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
