As a Sous Chef in our Central Kitchen, you will be responsible for managing the batch cooking process, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest levels of food hygiene and presentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Central Kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock checks, and minimize food wastage to control costs effectively.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation across all outlets.
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and special event preparations.
- Ensure the kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a Central Kitchen or large-scale catering environment.
- Certified in HACCP and Food Safety Handling.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
