Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise food preparation and plating to maintain high visual and taste standards.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef on menu planning and daily specials.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to improve their skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize food wastage to control costs.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules and rotations effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Culinary Arts or Vocational Food Technology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and local ingredients.
- Certification in Food Safety and Handling (e.g., TESDA/DOH).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
