Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cold kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Prepare high-quality salads, cold appetizers, dressings, and garnishes in accordance with company recipes.
  • Monitor food inventory levels, manage food waste, and conduct regular stock checks for the cold station.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations (SFA standards) at all times.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and station workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal recipe adjustments.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure a well-organized workspace.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or a similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cold kitchen techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work a 6-day, 8-hour shift schedule consistently.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the kitchen team.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure during peak service hours.
  • Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to food presentation.
