Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in the daily operation and management of the fine dining kitchen.
  • Oversee food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure culinary excellence.
  • Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
  • Develop and update recipes and menu items in line with seasonal trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Fine Dining or Michelin-starred restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus).
