  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth kitchen operations

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any kitchen-related issues

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience in a cultural park or hospitality setting is a plus
