Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations and culinary team supervision.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and preparation consistency are maintained.
- Contribute to seasonal menu development, food costing, and recipe standardization.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food waste, and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
- Enforce rigorous food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across all stations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster a high-performance culinary environment.
- Support the kitchen during peak service hours, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Senior Chef de Partie.
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and diverse culinary styles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and profit margins.
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per hospitality industry standards.
- Professional fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills.
