Join the culinary team at PAUL Bakery, the renowned French bakery chain celebrated for its artisanal breads and pastries. As a Sous Chef (Kitchen / Pastry / Bakery), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence and operational efficiency.
You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that every product meets PAUL's rigorous quality control measures and hygiene standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards in all cooking and preparation areas.
- Supervise kitchen staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide training on culinary techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste to control operational costs effectively.
- Ensure all baked goods and menu items meet PAUL's high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a bakery or pastry environment.
- Strong knowledge of French baking techniques, artisanal bread production, and pastry making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Valid Food Handler's certificate or relevant culinary qualification.
- Passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail.
