Milkup Indonesia Group is seeking a highly motivated Sous Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between high-quality food production and efficient delivery operations.

You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our kitchen functions like a well-oiled machine. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who understands the complexities of F&B warehouse management and fast-paced delivery service demands. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality.
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow during peak hours.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and oversee warehouse management procedures to minimize wastage.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
  • Monitor kitchen productivity and adjust processes to meet the demands of our fast-paced delivery services.
  • Coordinate with procurement and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in recipe development, costing, and menu implementation as directed by the Head Chef.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, particularly within delivery-focused business models.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse kitchen teams.
  • Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and health standards.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis in the Badung, Bali area.
