Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in the daily operations of the Western Banquet kitchen.
- Oversee the preparation and plating of high-standard banquet dishes to ensure visual appeal.
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs to minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP guidelines and health regulations.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for banquet service.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional cooking experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Western Banquet/Catering, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of Western cuisine ingredients, techniques, and flavors.
- Proven track record in high-volume food production.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
