Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead development and implementation of innovative Western cuisine menus aligned with culinary trends
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, plating, and service execution
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to maintain profitability
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with Head Chef on seasonal menu updates, recipe development, and cost analysis
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate with F&B team to ensure seamless service during high-volume events

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef or senior chef role in Western cuisine establishments
  • Culinary arts degree/diploma or equivalent professional certification
  • Proven expertise in developing Western menus with contemporary flair
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse kitchen teams
  • Deep knowledge of Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced luxury hospitality environments
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and consistency
