- Lead end-to-end operational strategy for freight forwarding across Southeast Asia markets
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
- Manage regional P&L responsibilities, budgeting, and financial performance
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with carriers, agents, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in logistics operations and technology adoption
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams across multiple regional offices
- Identify new business opportunities and spearhead market expansion initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in freight forwarding with 5+ years in regional leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing P&L and operational KPIs across multiple markets
- Deep expertise in Southeast Asia logistics landscape, regulations, and market dynamics
- Strong strategic planning, change management, and cross-cultural leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in logistics management systems and digital transformation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Certifications in logistics management (e.g., CSCP, CPL) highly desirable
