Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry? Seven Retail Group is seeking a dedicated Clinic Sales Manager for our premium Sozo Skin location in Pekanbaru. As the Clinic Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets and delivering world-class customer service. We pride ourselves on offering high-end skincare solutions, and you will be the bridge between our luxury products and our valued clients. Your day-to-day will involve motivating the sales team, managing the clinic floor, conducting skin consultations, and executing marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and revenue. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the clinic by promoting premium packages and high-end skincare services.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Conduct personalized skin consultations and recommend tailored treatment plans to maximize upsell opportunities.
- Manage daily clinic operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Organize and execute in-clinic promotional events and skincare workshops to attract new customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and improve overall store performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, spa, or luxury cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in visual merchandising.
