Based in the vibrant Tangcity area of Gading Serpong, Tangerang, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the sales floor, mentoring a team, and delivering exceptional client experiences that align with our brand standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Achieve and exceed individual and clinic sales targets by promoting premium skincare packages and high-end services.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct personalized skin consultations and product demonstrations to upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments and products.
  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Monitor inventory levels of skincare products and treatment packages to ensure stock availability.
  • Organize and execute promotional events, skincare workshops, and loyalty programs to attract new clients.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic sales plans.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management within the beauty, cosmetic, or medical aesthetic industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Deep knowledge of premium skincare products, beauty trends, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
  • Available to work full time, including weekends and public holidays as required by the clinic schedule.
