Based in the vibrant Tangcity area of Gading Serpong, Tangerang, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed individual and clinic sales targets by promoting premium skincare packages and high-end services.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Conduct personalized skin consultations and product demonstrations to upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments and products.
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels of skincare products and treatment packages to ensure stock availability.
- Organize and execute promotional events, skincare workshops, and loyalty programs to attract new clients.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic sales plans.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management within the beauty, cosmetic, or medical aesthetic industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Deep knowledge of premium skincare products, beauty trends, and industry standards.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
- Available to work full time, including weekends and public holidays as required by the clinic schedule.
