Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of premium beauty treatments and skincare products through consultative selling techniques
- Conduct detailed skin consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and product regimens
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Stay current with beauty industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless client experiences and operational excellence
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reporting for performance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; beauty industry certification or degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience in beauty, retail, or service industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Professional appearance with passion for beauty and skincare
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a contract role
- Basic proficiency in sales tracking systems and CRM tools
