Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Gallery, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets for both spa treatments and gallery retail sales.
- Lead, train, and mentor the spa and retail team to provide exceptional, intuitive guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement for the Gallery to ensure a premium product selection.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and maintenance standards across all spa and gallery facilities.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service recovery or improvements to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for the Spa and Gallery departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in luxury spa, resort, or high-end hospitality retail.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing P&L statements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
- In-depth knowledge of spa operations, wellness industry trends, and luxury retail standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering premium guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
