- Oversee all daily spa operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff
- Develop and implement service standards, protocols, and best practices
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Create and maintain a luxurious, tranquil, and welcoming atmosphere
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve any concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and maintenance of spa products and equipment
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa management or senior therapist role
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain exceptional client experiences
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in spa management or related field is preferred
