- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional service delivery

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry standards
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and inventory management
- Proficiency in spa management software and reservation systems
- Certification in spa management or related field is preferred
