Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of therapists and front-desk staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Manage inventory, procurement of supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, including payroll, scheduling, and budget management.
- Maintain compliance with local health and safety regulations and internal quality standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa packages, seasonal treatments, and loyalty programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a luxury spa or high-end hotel wellness facility.
- Strong understanding of spa operations, including booking systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
- Deep commitment to luxury customer service and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
