Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa facility, ensuring adherence to global hospitality standards.
  • Manage and motivate a team of therapists, front-desk staff, and support personnel to deliver excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L management, budget planning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and implement innovative wellness programs, treatment menus, and promotional strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
  • Maintain strict quality control, hygiene, and safety protocols across all treatment areas.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships for high-quality spa products and equipment.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to regional management on a monthly basis.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa management or luxury hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in spa management software (PMS/POS systems) and MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction scores.
  • Deep knowledge of wellness trends, luxury service standards, and health & safety regulations.
