Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage and develop a team of therapists and support staff through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Implement strategies to enhance guest loyalty, retention, and revenue growth
- Oversee inventory management, budget adherence, and cost control measures
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase spa bookings and brand visibility
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality wellness products and equipment
- Monitor industry trends and implement innovative treatments and services
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management or luxury hospitality leadership roles
- Proven track record in team development, staff training, and performance management
- Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and wellness practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvement strategies
- Proficiency in spa management software and reservation systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Balinese culture and tourism industry preferred
