We are currently seeking a polished, energetic, and guest-focused Spa Receptionist to become the face of our sanctuary.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out processes, and provide personalized spa tours.
- Efficiently handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits to maximize booking capacity.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of all spa treatments, products, and packages to provide expert recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery and optimized scheduling.
- Handle guest payments and maintain accurate daily sales records using our POS/booking system.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal within the reception and lounge area.
- Proactively resolve guest queries or concerns with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Guest Service Agent, preferably within a luxury spa or boutique hotel setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance and a warm, service-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and spa booking software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the wellness club.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
