Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and greet all spa guests, ensuring a premium arrival experience.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate spa appointment bookings and maintain the schedule for therapists to optimize efficiency.
- Process payments accurately and handle daily cash balancing for all service transactions.
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding our spa services, packages, and ongoing promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent in hospitality or related fields.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or cashier role within the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
