As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. You will be responsible for managing the reservation calendar with precision, ensuring that every appointment is scheduled smoothly and that guests feel welcomed from the moment they inquire. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and provide a seamless booking experience for all our wellness seekers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms efficiently and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate spa treatments, massages, and wellness packages to ensure optimal therapist availability and client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding service menus, pricing, therapist specialties, and product offerings to prospective clients.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process, ensuring a warm and smooth transition into their treatment.
  • Handle guest requests and special arrangements, such as dietary needs or room preferences, with a high degree of personalization.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date digital and physical reservation calendar to minimize scheduling conflicts and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the spa management team to promote packages, manage waitlists, and upsell services to enhance the guest experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a spa reception, hospitality, or customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with reservation management software or Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining a calm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
  • A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
  • Reliable attendance and a commitment to the company's operational hours and standards.
