In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily spa operations. You will oversee team performance, ensure top-tier customer satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of therapists and front-desk staff to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa supplies and equipment, coordinating reorders as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and grace.
- Implement and enforce company health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Maintain a tranquil and organized atmosphere that aligns with the Khozy Lounge brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the spa, beauty, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer-centric service.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and spa management software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational efficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
