Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily spa operations including staff scheduling, service delivery, and inventory management
- Implement revenue growth strategies through upselling, package development, and client retention programs
- Train and mentor spa therapists on service standards, product knowledge, and customer experience protocols
- Monitor spa performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction scores
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all spa facilities
- Coordinate with other departments to create integrated guest experiences and promotional events
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for spa products and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa operations with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Proven track record in revenue generation and KPI achievement within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Relevant certification in spa management or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in booking systems and basic financial reporting
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages valued
