Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate spa teams to deliver exceptional service standards
- Manage daily spa operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Oversee client booking systems and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Implement and maintain spa protocols for hygiene, safety, and service excellence
- Monitor team performance and develop staff through targeted coaching programs
- Collaborate with management to achieve revenue targets and operational KPIs
- Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and discretion
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of spa/hospitality management experience
- Proven team leadership and staff development capabilities
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, equipment, and wellness practices
