Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of massage and beauty treatments, including aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, and facials.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-treatment consultations to understand client needs and medical history.
- Maintain the pristine condition of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens at all times.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Manage and replenish spa product inventory while minimizing waste.
- Upsell retail spa products and promote membership packages to enhance the guest experience.
- Clean and sanitize work areas immediately after each treatment session.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related spa discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a significant advantage.
- Valid certifications for specific massage techniques and hygiene standards.
