Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of professional massage therapies and body treatments with a focus on guest comfort and therapeutic outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa services, products, and retail items to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Ensure that the spa treatment rooms are kept clean, sanitized, and fully stocked according to health and safety standards.
- Greet guests warmly and conduct thorough consultations to identify specific needs or medical contraindications.
- Promote and upsell spa packages and premium retail products to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Monitor and manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality for all treatments.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest wellness techniques and industry trends.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end day spa.
- Relevant certification or vocational diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities (e.g., Balinese massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (additional languages are a significant plus).
- Strong sense of hygiene, sanitation protocols, and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
