Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of massage and body treatments tailored to guest preferences.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment in all treatment rooms and public areas.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate therapies.
- Ensure the safe and correct use of all spa equipment, products, and chemicals.
- Adhere to all hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Upsell retail products and spa packages to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining spa inventory and supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 4 or 5-star resort or luxury spa environment.
- Valid Indonesian Massage Therapy Certificate or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with international guests.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
