Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and manage all spa department functions including treatment rooms, fitness facilities, and retail operations
- Maintain pristine condition of spa equipment through regular maintenance, repair, and preventative care
- Perform professional spa treatments including massages, body scrubs, facials, and hydrotherapy services
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols across all spa facilities
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining retail product displays
- Train and mentor junior spa staff on treatment techniques and service standards
- Collaborate with hotel departments to create integrated wellness packages and promotions
Kualifikasi
- Certification in professional spa therapies (massage, aromatherapy, body treatments)
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hotel/resort spa environments
- Strong knowledge of spa equipment maintenance and repair procedures
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with multilingual abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform treatments for extended periods
- Valid Bali work permit and health certification
