Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Ensure all equipment and amenities are sanitized and functioning correctly before each session.
- Upsell retail products and spa packages to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
- Stay updated on the latest wellness trends and techniques to offer the best service possible.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field (e.g., CIDESCO, CMT).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury spa or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, aromatherapy, and skincare products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during treatments.
- Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
