Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional massage and body treatments according to guest preferences and spa protocols
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools
- Upsell spa products and services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and privacy standards in client interactions
- Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of new treatments
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy
Kualifikasi
- Certification in massage therapy or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury resort or high-end spa
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for wellness and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
