- Perform professional massage therapies and body treatments using international techniques
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in spa facilities and equipment
- Monitor and replenish treatment rooms with necessary supplies and amenities
- Ensure tranquil ambiance through proper temperature control, lighting, and music
- Upsell spa packages, retail products, and additional services
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Document guest preferences and treatment histories for personalized service
- Collaborate with spa management on inventory control and facility maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Certification in massage therapy or specialized spa treatments
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury spa or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and wellness principles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid health and hygiene certification
