Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massage, body wraps, and facials with precision and care.
- Greet and escort guests to the treatment rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment areas, consultation rooms, and equipment.
- Consult with clients to recommend appropriate treatments based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Adhere to all company health and safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the guest experience and contribute to the spa's revenue targets.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of the spa inventory, supplies, and treatment menu.
Kualifikasi
- Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage, or related wellness field is required.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy) and beauty treatments.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during treatments.
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A valid professional license (SIP) is mandatory.
