- Perform a variety of high-quality spa therapies, with a strong focus on Ayurvedic treatments, traditional massage, and holistic wellness.
- Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs, preferences, and any medical conditions.
- Customize treatments based on individual guest requirements to ensure a personalized and deeply relaxing experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the treatment rooms and wellness areas.
- Educate guests on the benefits of Ayurvedic practices, recommending post-treatment care and wellness routines.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the front-of-house and wellness teams to deliver an exceptional, end-to-end guest journey.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the spa and wellness industry.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist, with specific expertise in Ayurvedic massage and wellness therapies.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage, or Ayurvedic Medicine.
- Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, essential oils, and herbal remedies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Empathetic, intuitive, and deeply committed to providing outstanding guest care.
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic, with the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus for our international clientele.
