Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of high-quality spa treatments, including massage, hydrotherapy, and body wraps, ensuring a superior guest experience.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in the treatment room and relaxation areas at all times.
- Greet guests warmly, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate therapies to enhance their well-being.
- Manage treatment inventory, ensuring spa supplies are well-stocked and organized efficiently.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of guest services.
- Keep detailed records of treatments and guest preferences to provide personalized care and follow-up.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures onboard the vessel.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist in a luxury hospitality or resort setting.
- Certification in Massage Therapy (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai) or Aromatherapy is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting equipment safely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the yacht's schedule.
- Valid certifications (CMT, IHG, etc.) and valid work permit for Indonesia.
