Tanggung Jawab
- Perform therapeutic massages, body treatments, and specialized spa rituals with precision and artistry
- Conduct client consultations to customize treatments based on individual needs and preferences
- Maintain pristine spa facilities through rigorous hygiene protocols and operational standards
- Upsell premium spa packages and retail products to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless spa operations and guest satisfaction
- Document client preferences and treatment history for personalized future experiences
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging wellness techniques through continuous learning
Kualifikasi
- Professional certification in massage therapy or equivalent wellness qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel or high-end spa environment
- Expertise in diverse modalities including Balinese massage, aromatherapy, and body scrubs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and treatment contraindications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages advantageous
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
